Whidbey Island Reiki
Sue, a 20+-year Reiki practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher for over 10 years, has an energy medicine practice in her home healing sanctuary in Freeland. Reiki is a hands-on healing practice that is very calming, relaxing, rejuvenating and restorative on all levels. Clients lie fully clothed on a massage table as hands are placed gently upon the body over the major organs and energy centers. Reiki is very supportive to the endocrine system and immune system, as well. Call 360 331-3393 to schedule a session. $60 is the suggested donation, or whatever you can afford.
If you’d like to learn to do Reiki on yourself and others, you may wish to think about taking a class. Reiki level I is very easily learned in a weekend, and I teach Reiki levels I – IV, for those who are interested in learning more. Class size is generally limited to four students.
In addition, Sue offers occasional workshops including the popular Self-Love, Self-Care, where attendees are gently guided to tune in to the beauty of their own spirit, become more centered and grounded, tap into their higher wisdom, and learn simple techniques to care for themselves.
Sue’s background involves several years of working with Native American teachers, as well as involvement with a variety of earth-centered practices, and so she brings this nature-centered perspective into all that she does. She has taken many trainings in a variety of topics over the years, including eastern spirituality, which she also weaves into her work.
Sue has a MA in Counseling and an MSW in Social Work.
