I offer craniosacral therapy and reiki sessions for all ages (infant -adult). Some of my specific areas of focus are: nervous system support, head/brain injuries, chronic pain or illness, grief/loss, stress management, trauma integration, headaches/migraines, end of life care, palliative care, work with infants and sensory integration. Both craniosacral therapy and reiki are gentle modalities that can have profound impacts on persistent patterns held within the body. I approach my sessions with curiosity, humility, and a deep reverence for the wisdom and wholeness held in each person’s body.
