My practice is broad and diverse, incorporating mental health counseling, therapy groups, events, retreats, and forest bathing walks.

My approach is holistic and humanistic in nature, meeting you where you’re at and building a trusting relationship so that we can do powerful work together. My client focus is adults who wish to explore and heal from complex trauma; individuals working through major life stressors such as family dynamic issues, relationship changes, life transitions; and those drawn to self-discovery and self-growth. I am here to support you on your path. I listen compassionately and offer skills and techniques that cultivate exploration, discovery, and healing.

I work from a trauma-informed and holistic approach, taking into account all parts of your life. I consider myself less “clinical” and more personable, collaborative, and relationship focused. I utilize techniques from a variety of modalities including Somatic therapies, Parts Work/Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Therapeutic Yoga, and Ecotherapy.
I see clients via telehealth across Washington state and in-person on Whidbey Island.

I am a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy guide and love providing forest bathing experiences for individuals, groups, and company teams.

Additionally, I enjoy facilitating groups, retreats, and events that are fun and restorative and foster connection, sense of belonging.
